Forma V in Laramie
Non-surgical radiofrequency care for vaginal and vulvar tissue — gentle, in-office, and led by a women's health team.
Forma V uses controlled radiofrequency warmth to support the tissue changes that come with childbirth, menopause, and time. It is one of the EmpowerRF therapies available at Laramie Physicians Women & Wellness Clinic, and it always starts with a real consultation — never a sales pitch.

01Understand
Concerns patients bring to this conversation
These are the changes women most often ask about. Whether Forma V addresses yours is a consultation question — not a website answer.
- Vaginal dryness and changes in natural lubrication
- A feeling of vaginal laxity, including after childbirth
- Mild stress urinary leakage, such as with laughing or exercise
- Tissue changes associated with menopause and lower estrogen
- Discomfort or reduced sensation that affects intimacy
02Why here
A device treatment, inside a medical practice

01Physician-led women's health practice
Forma V is offered inside a gynecology practice, not a standalone med spa. Your care team already understands pelvic anatomy, hormones, and the concerns that bring patients to this conversation.
02A real consultation first
Treatment is never assumed. We start with a conversation and, when appropriate, an exam — because dryness, leakage, and discomfort can have causes that a device alone will not solve.
03Part of a full pelvic wellness toolkit
Forma V sits alongside pelvic floor therapy and the other EmpowerRF therapies at the clinic, so your plan can combine — or skip — technologies based on what you actually need.

You do not need to know which treatment fits before you call. Describe what has changed and our team will help you find the right first step — Forma V or otherwise.
03Your path
What to expect
From first conversation to maintenance, here is how Forma V care typically unfolds at the clinic.
- Step 01
Consultation
You meet with a provider to talk through your symptoms, health history, and goals. If Forma V is not the right fit — or if something else should be checked first — we will tell you.
- Step 02
Treatment session
A small handpiece delivers gentle radiofrequency warmth to the treatment area. Most patients describe the sensation as comfortable warmth. A session typically takes about 30 minutes, and no anesthesia is needed.
- Step 03
Back to your day
There is little to no downtime for most patients. Your provider will share any short-term guidance — such as briefly pausing intimacy — before you leave.
- Step 04
A series, then maintenance
Forma V is usually planned as a series of sessions spaced a few weeks apart, with periodic maintenance. Your provider will recommend a schedule based on your response.
04Questions
Questions patients ask
For anything specific to your health, call (307) 745-8991 and talk with the care team.
Forma V is a non-surgical radiofrequency treatment for vaginal and vulvar tissue. It is one of the therapies on the EmpowerRF platform by InMode. The handpiece delivers controlled, gentle heat to the tissue, which is intended to support collagen remodeling and local blood flow over time.
Most patients describe Forma V as a comfortable warming sensation. No anesthesia is required. If anything feels too warm during your session, your provider adjusts the settings immediately.
Forma V is typically planned as a series — often around three sessions spaced a few weeks apart — followed by periodic maintenance. The right number for you depends on your symptoms and how your tissue responds, which is why the plan is set at your consultation rather than in advance.
Little to none for most patients. Many return to normal activity the same day. Your provider may recommend a short pause on intercourse or internal products for a few days after each session.
Women experiencing vaginal dryness, laxity, mild stress leakage, or tissue changes after childbirth or during menopause often ask about Forma V. It is not right for everyone — pregnancy, certain implanted devices, active infections, and some pelvic conditions can change the answer. The consultation exists to make that determination safely.
No. Forma V is a non-surgical option that may help with mild to moderate concerns, but it is not a substitute for pelvic floor physical therapy, gynecologic evaluation, or surgery when those are indicated. Because Forma V is offered within a women's health practice, your provider can point you to the right level of care — even when that is not a device treatment.
Pricing depends on your treatment plan, and intimate-wellness treatments are generally not covered by insurance. Call (307) 745-8991 and our team will walk you through current options before you commit to anything.
