Telehealth
Eligible patients may complete appropriate evaluations remotely when an in-person visit is not required.
Telehealth availability depends on clinician licensure, state law, clinical appropriateness and controlled-substance requirements. Availability is confirmed during your evaluation.

- Self-administered injections at home
- Testosterone injections administered by the medical team at LPWWC

Clinic-administered injections and pellet therapy are in-person only.
Remote TRT
Patients who do not live within driving distance are routed to:
- Self-administered injectable testosterone therapy only
If prescribed, medication may be shipped to the patient. Bloodwork is completed through an appropriate outside draw pathway using the required laboratory requisition.

Can every LPWWC treatment be completed through telehealth?
No. Some treatments require an in-person visit. The appropriate pathway depends on the treatment, your location, your medical history, and clinician evaluation.
What if I live near Laramie?
Local patients may have access to both virtual care and additional in-person treatment options.
What if I don't live near the clinic?
Eligible treatments may be managed remotely when clinically appropriate. Some services require local laboratory testing or other outside services.
Can testosterone therapy be managed remotely?
Eligible remote TRT patients follow the self-administered injectable treatment pathway. Clinic-administered injections and testosterone pellet therapy require in-person care at LPWWC.
Can I receive pellet therapy through telehealth?
No. Testosterone pellet insertion requires an in-person visit.
Can I come to the clinic for my testosterone injections?
Yes. Local patients may be able to choose injections administered by the medical team at LPWWC when medically appropriate.
Can I inject testosterone myself even if I live near Laramie?
Yes. Local patients may still prefer the self-administered injection pathway if medically appropriate.
