Before each of your laser hair removal sessions, avoid exposing your skin to the sun or tanning beds. UV rays increase melanin and skin sensitivity, which can make treatment uncomfortable or ineffective. At least a week before treatment, discontinue harsh skincare products, such as retinoids. In the month leading up to your appointment, avoid waxing or tweezing the area, as these methods remove hair at the root. However, on the day of treatment, you should exfoliate and shave the area.
This allows the laser to target unwanted hair at the root, maximizing your results. Arrive with clean skin, and our experts will ensure your treatment is safe, comfortable, and impactful.
