REGISTERED NURSING TEAM
Sarah Halfman, RN
Sarah is one of our longest-serving employees. She has been an RN with LPWWC since 2007!! Sarah works with our Women’s Health team and loves taking care of women of all ages. Have a question or need help over the phone? You probably have had the pleasure of getting to chat with Sarah.
Sarah was born and raised in Laramie and in her free time, she loves enjoying the beauty of Wyoming’s fresh air. Most weekends of the Summer she can be found up in the mountains, camping, 4-wheeling, and having a great time with her “camping crew”. Sarah has one son who she loves hanging out with.
Madison Ramos, BSN, RN
Madison is one of our Women’s Health RN’s and has been working at LPWWC since 2018.
Madison is originally from Worland, WY. She came to Laramie to complete her Bachelor’s degree in nursing through the University of Wyoming and has not left. In her free time, she enjoys reading crime novels, being outside especially hiking. During her hikes, you can usually find her taking lots of photos. She spends her weekends remodeling her new home and anything and everything that involves her sassy dog, Scout!
Konea Dory, RN
Konea joined the LPWWC team as a Registered Nurse in May 2019 and loves being part of the Laramie community. She worked with both our women’s health and pediatric patients full-time but now has transitioned to a part-time member of our staff. She will be helping with our community education events and working in the clinic occasionally, so you may see her smiling face all around the clinic.
She has 5 children, one daughter-in-law, and one “super awesome” husband who she has been married to for 20 years! Some of her favorite things to do are rodeo with her family, hike in the Snowys, early morning runs (she loves running more than chocolate cake), horse rides, fishing, and anything beachy! She also loves to bake and cook and feed hungry cowboys.
“ I love being a nurse and since I was a kid, have dreamed of doing humanitarian missions.
Jill DellRio, RN, RNFA
Jill wears many hats in the Laramie community and LPWWC. She has worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse for 16 years and started working for LPWWC in October 2019 as an RNFA student for Dr. Klingler.
Jill graduated from RNFA school 12/2020 and continues to work in the operating room with Dr. Klingler and since 2020 she also works PRN in our office as an RN.
“I still work full time at the hospital and love the triad of cross-over of patient care between the three jobs. I get to see women in all stages of life and care. Patients have said the familiarity is excellent for them too.”
“My passion is women, pregnancy, and labor. We are privileged with an intimate view of a person’s life, simply because they need help we are trained to provide it. It’s the closest job to a missionary that I can find.”
Jill and her husband Eduardo have three sons and have made Laramie home since 2013. “We have all been patients of LPWWC in some capacity for the last 8 years. We consider LPWWC our medical home; we’re welcomed like family.”
Caroline, BSN, RN
Caroline is the newest addition to the LPWWC nursing team! She joined our office in 2020 and we love having her in the office.
“Women’s health was the reason I went into nursing. I am passionate about supporting and empowering women through all stages of life!”
Christy is originally from Seattle, Washington but has lived in Laramie for 15+ years. She is one of the “lifers” at LPWWC and has been with us since 2006!
Christy currently works as one of the clinic’s CNA’s with the Women’s Health team. You can always find her running around the clinic taking care of patients and getting stuff done.
She has been together with her husband for 24 years! In her free time, she enjoys everything outdoors. She loves to camp and ice fish and in the summer you can find her camping nearly every weekend with her family and friends. She LOVES all dogs and has never met a dog who didn’t immediately love her back. Her own fur-baby, Porter enjoys tagging along for all adventures and living one super spoiled life.
Kaitlyn is a Medical Assistant/EMT.
She is originally from Cheyenne and moved here to attend UW. “I loved Laramie so much, I decided to make it my home.” Kaitlyn enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two dogs as much as possible in the summer and winter. She can most often be found in the mountains hiking, fishing, camping, riding my dirtbike, and snowshoeing. When not doing outdoor adventures Kaitlyn enjoys traveling, watching movies, and catching up with friends and family.
“I am so happy I can work here and help the women and children in the community!”
Ariana began working at LPWWC in the summer of 2020. “I enjoy seeing the babies grow and learn, and in turn, they have helped me to grow and learn from them.”
Ariana was not born in Wyoming, but she was raised for most of her life in Buffalo WY. Life has now taken her down to Laradise where she is attending the University of Wyoming.
Currently, she is completing Paramedic school in hopes of becoming a paramedic and helping so many more people. She enjoys ice fishing and ice skating and seeing the outdoors, and all they have to offer her!
Santana has been with LPWWC since 2020 and currently works as a CNA.
She was born and raised in Laramie, WY, and currently attends LCCC furthering her education as a Registered Nurse.
She had been working as a CNA for 6 years prior to starting at LPWWC. She previously cared for the elderly at Laramie Care Center. Even though she loved every minute of it, “it was time I ventured out to work in the field I desire to work in when I get my nursing degree.”
She is a mom of 2 handsome boys and engaged. “I love being able to assist my community, meet new people, and laugh with my coworkers.” She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and doing fun stuff with her family!
Olivia was born and raised in Laramie, Wyoming, graduating from high school in 2005. She joined the LPWWC team in the summer of 2020 as an amazing MA on our Women’s Health team.
Prior to joining Laramie Physicians Women & Wellness Clinic, she fell in love with the medical field after working as a front desk receptionist for a local urgent care. She attended LCCC and got her CCMA (Certificate Clinical Medical Assistant) in 2018. While attending school, she continued working and was the Occupational Medicine Manager and Billing Manager. In 2019 she became the Clinic Manager of the urgent care and helped run their 3 clinic locations.
Olivia got married shortly after high school and has 3 “amazing kiddos”! She enjoys spending time with her family and listening to music.
Kelly grew up in central California and moved to Wyoming after graduating high school to take care of her aging grandparents and spend more time with them before they passed away.
“While my grandfather was in an assisted living facility it bothered me the lack of care and compassion I saw in so many of the staff. After the passing of my grandfather, I found my calling as a CNA and vowed to show care, compassion, and empathy that seemed lacking for him and so many others.”
Kelly is passionate about spending time with her family, attending sacrament, being in the outdoors, dance, and music.
“I am very happy to be a part of the LPWWC family and look forward to the many years of knowledge and experience I will gain, and the many faces I will be blessed with interacting with.”
Liz has spent the last 7 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) primarily caring for her mother from cancer and grandmother from dementia and Alzheimer’s. During this time she learned a variety of skills, but most importantly, she learned the best health care is compassion, understanding, and respect for each patient. Determined to expand her abilities, Liz completed the Medical Assistant Program at the Laramie County Community College (LCCC) and was fortunate to complete clinicals at LPWWC. She found, as you will too, that the LPWWC doctors, nurses, and staff are remarkable people, holding her same values, and immediately welcoming her into the clinic. She was delighted that upon graduation in December 2020, she was able to join our team full time.
Liz grew up on a ranch west of Laramie, helping raise cattle and sheep, grow hay, and maybe fall off a horse or two into a mud puddle. In addition, her mother owned a thriving flower shop, where she regularly helped with design, delivery, and sales. After high school, Liz worked for Wyotech as a collector/accountant and later opened her own home bakery that was featured in Good Housekeeping. Yet, through all of these accomplishments, her pride and joy are her two sons. Together they love to mountain bike, metal detect, hike, shoot targets, play Fortnite (which Liz is getting pretty good at), and spend time with friends and family. They also enjoy visiting their family retreat in Thermopolis, Wyoming, and spend time in the hot springs and fishing!
Liz’s personality matches her favorite color (yellow) and her favorite flower (a sunflower). She can’t wait to meet you and find out how she can make your day a bit better.
