    Travis D. Klingler, MD, FACOG

    Dr. Klingler is board certified in obstetrics and gynecological care and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a preceptor for medical students within the Washington-Wyoming-Alaska-Montana-Idaho (WWAMI) Medical School.

    Dr. Klingler received his medical education at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. In 2002 he completed his residency at the University of Kansas Wichita in Wichita, Kansas. He joined LPWWC in 2002.

    His special areas of interest include minimally invasive surgery, office gynecology, contraceptive management, infertility, hormone replacement therapy, and menopausal medicine.

    Dr. Klingler is fluent in Spanish- SE habla EspaƱol.

    In his free time, Dr. Klingler enjoys golfing, sprinter van camping, and all
    aspects of family life with his wife and 5 children. He is also a grandpa to 3 adorable grandchildren.

    Maureen C. Lucas, MD, FACOG, MSCP

    Dr. Lucas is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also credentialed as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.
    Dr. Lucas received her medical education at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 1998. In 2002, she completed her residency in OB/GYN at RWJ Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. She then worked in Maine and New Hampshire for 5 years before making the trek out West. She worked with Billings Clinic in Montana for 15 years and is excited to begin a new chapter here at LPWWC in 2024.
    Her special areas of interest include minimally invasive surgery, gynecologic care including fibroid and endometriosis management, menopause management including Hormone Replacement Therapy, and contraceptive management. She is excited to establish a patient base in Laramie and provide excellent gynecologic care.
    In her free time, Dr. Lucas enjoys spending time with her family. She is a wife and mother of 2 wonderful kids. She is a dog lover. She enjoys snowshoeing, skiing, wake surfing, and golf and hopes to learn how to kayak and fly fish.

    Taylor Baskin,MMSc-MSEd, PA-C, AQH

    Taylor is a Physician Assistant who received her medical education at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She worked at Baylor College of Medicine in the Pediatric Critical Care Unit in Houston, TX for two years before moving to Laramie and starting at LPWWC.

    Prior to practicing medicine, Taylor received a Master's degree in Athletic Training and worked in this field for four years.

    Taylor is a Certified Headache Specialist through the National Headache Foundation. She performs therapeutic Botox injections for a variety of clinical indications. She performs some of our more in-depth women's health procedures like Colposcopy, BioTE HRT insertions, and intimate wellness treatments. She also has a special interest in cosmetic procedures such Morpheus8, Lumecca, Cosemetic Botox, and Juvederm.

    In her free time, Taylor enjoys all things outdoors including camping, hiking, and skiing. She loves traveling around the country with her husband, daughter and two dogs.

    Hannah Fourman, MPAS, PA-C

    Hannah Fourman, PA-C is originally from Brighton, CO, but completed her undergraduate degrees at the University of Wyoming. Hannah received her medical training at Idaho State University where along with her PA degree, she also received a Graduate Certificate in Spanish for Medical Professionals.

    Prior to becoming a PA Hannah gained medical experience working in home health as well as in orthopedics. She has a special interest and additional training in Dermatology and speaks Spanish.

    Hannah fell in love with the Laramie community while attending UW, has lived here since 2013, and is thrilled to call this place home! She would call herself the typical "outdoorsy" person and enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, etc., and loves to travel as much as possible. Hannah is a huge animal lover, so when not traveling you can find her around town spending time with her husband and "fur babies".

    Stacey Cook, MSHSA, BAS, EMT, CMPE Practice Administrator

    Stacey began her career as an emergency dispatcher for police, fire, and EMS. She completed the coursework to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and joined a volunteer fire department and shortly afterward started work as a full-time EMT. Stacey furthered her medical career in the Emergency Department at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center working as an EMT/ER Tech. She still holds her State and National EMT license

    Stacey moved to Laramie in 2012 and served as the Practice Administrator for both Stitches Acute Care locations in Laramie and Cheyenne for five years. In August of 2019, Stacey joined the LPWWC team as a Practice Administrator. Stacey has a master's degree in Health Service Administration with a focus in Quality from the University of Wyoming and is board Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Management Association. Throughout her career, she has had many opportunities to become a strong leader and has been a member of many talented administrative teams. Because of her experience and amazing work ethic, Stacey was named 2017's Wyoming Business Reports Wyoming Woman of Influence in Healthcare, and in March of 2019, Stacey was named one of Laramie's "20 under 40" and is a graduate of the Leadership Laramie class of 2019-2020.

    Melissa Hayes, CPC, CPPM

    Melissa is a Certified Professional Coder and the supervisor for the billing office and the front office. She has been with LPWWC since November 2017.

    She is originally from Long Island, NY, and loves spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their dog Rue. They are also expecting a new little one in June 2023!

    Melissa and her family moved to AZ in 2022, so she now works remotely with the LPWWC team each day.

    Rachel Lopez, Certified Massage Therapist

    Rachel Lopez is a passionate Massage Therapist who graduated from the National Holistic Institute in 2013. She aspires to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients and believes that massage therapy is an essential component of self-care and wellness. In her ten years of experience, she has provided massage therapy at; The Westin, Brush Creek Ranch, Saratoga Hot Springs Resort and The Four Seasons. Her specialties are Swedish, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue and HotStone. Rachel is a newly certified Medical Assistant and is focused on expanding her knowledge in the medical field and is excited to be working for LPWW.

    Sarah Sheen, RN

    Sarah is a Laramie native and has been a nurse at Laramie Physicians for Women since 2007. She started her career in women's health as a labor nurse and transitioned to clinic nursing. "I love every aspect of clinic nursing. I enjoy getting to know and assist our patients during all stages of life." Sarah is Dr. Travis Klingler's lead RN and enjoys working with all of LPWWC's providers. You may have spoken with Sarah over the phone and she also schedules most gynecological surgeries.

    Sarah is certified in Cosmetic Botox and Xeomin administration. She has recently expanded her knowledge in providing InMode procedures including Med Spa and Women's Health Services. She also has a special interest in BioTe hormone optimization. "I never dreamed I would be fortunate enough to help provide care for our patients with new and innovative medical services to help patients feel their best."

    In her free time, Sarah enjoys camping, four-wheeling, and traveling. Sarah has 1 son, Pax, her high-spirited goldendoodle, Elie, and recently married her best friend, Josh.

    Jill del Rio, BSN, RN, CNOR, RNFA

    Jill wears many hats in the Laramie community and LPWWC. She has worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse for 16 years and started working for LPWWC in October 2019 as an RNFA student for Dr. Klingler.

    Jill graduated from RNFA school in 2020 and continues to work in the operating room with Dr. Klingler. She also now works in our office as one of our women's health RNs.

    "My passion is women, pregnancy, and labor. We are privileged with an intimate view of a person's life, simply because they need help we are trained to provide it. It's the closest job to a missionary that I can find."

    Jill and her husband Eduardo have three sons and have made Laramie home since 2013. "We have all been patients of LPWWC in some capacity for the last 8 years. We consider LPWWC our medical home; we're welcomed like family."

    Christy, CNA

    Christy is originally from Seattle, Washington but has lived in Laramie for 15+ years. She is one of the "lifers" at LPWWC and has been with us since 2006!

    Christy currently works as one of the clinic's CNA's with the Women's Health team. You can always find her running around the clinic taking care of patients and getting stuff done.

    She has been together with her husband for 24 years! In her free time, she enjoys everything outdoors. She loves to camp and ice fish and in the summer you can find her camping nearly every weekend with her family and friends. She LOVES all dogs and has never met a dog who didn't immediately love her back. Her own fur-baby, Porter enjoys tagging along for all adventures and living one super spoiled life.

    Sylvan, CNA

    Sylvan is originally from Newcastle, WY but moved to Laramie when she was a toddler in order for her mother to attend nursing school at UW. Sylvan's family loved Laramie so much that they never left.

    Sylvan obtained her CNA and EMR license before graduating from Laramie High School in 2019. Sylvan worked as a CNA at Edgewood Spring Wind Assisted Living taking care of the elderly and at Grand Avenue Dental Center as a Dental Assistant before coming to LPWWC in June of 2022.

    "When I was a dental assistant I became pregnant with my daughter Paisley. I saw Amber for my entire pregnancy and was lucky enough to have her deliver my daughter. The care I received far exceeded my expectations. From that moment on, I knew I had to become a part of the LPWWC team. I feel so blessed to have the ability to provide the highest level of care I possibly can just as everyone at LPWWC did for me as a patient."

    In her free time, Sylvan enjoys spending time with her daughter Paisley. Sylvan also enjoys listening to music, cooking, going on adventures, and spending time with family and friends.

    Santana, CNA

    Santana has been with LPWWC since 2020 and currently works as a CNA.

    She was born and raised in Laramie, WY, and currently attends LCCC furthering her education as a Registered Nurse.

    She had been working as a CNA for 6 years prior to starting at LPWWC. She previously cared for the elderly at Laramie Care Center. Even though she loved every minute of it, "it was time I ventured out to work in the field I desire to work in when I get my nursing degree."

    She is a mom of 3 handsome boys and is engaged. "I love being able to assist my community, meet new people, and laugh with my coworkers." She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and doing fun stuff with her family!

    Maggie, CNA

    Maggie is originally from Casper, WY, and graduated from Natrona County High School in 2021. She is currently studying Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Wyoming and is working towards becoming a Physician Assistant.

    She previously worked at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in the Dietary department and started working at LPWWC in September 2022. She plans on staying at the clinic for a few years as she finishes school and gets ready to apply to PA schools.

    "I love being able to help people and make patients feel welcome and comfortable. I am so excited to be a part of a family-like team that is so encouraging and wants to see me learn and succeed!" In her free time, Maggie loves spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new places.

    Lisa, Billing Specialist

    Lisa has been with LPWWC since March 2017 as a Billing Specialist. You can always count on Lisa to join in on any of the fun and creative activities at LPWWC. She always keeps us happy with yummy treats in the candy bowl at her desk!

    She has been married 25 years and loves spending time with her husband and crazy dog Sophie. Lisa is also a fabulous singer and creative writer!

    Sherri, Billing Specialist

    Sherri has worked at LPWWC as one of our Billing Specialists since January 2018.

    She enjoys spending time with her family, her 3 dogs, and her granddaughter. Spending time in the mountains, nature, and wildlife viewing in beautiful Wyoming are her favorite pastimes.

    Kaitlynn, Medical Receptionist & Billing Specialist

    Meet Kaitlynn. She splits her time working at the front desk and in the billing office.

    You can find her in the arena usually as she is a member of the college rodeo team. Kaitlynn is currently getting her associate's in business. She then plans to move on to get her associates in medical coding and bachelors in business!

    Pam, Medical Receptionist

    Pam has worked at LPWWC as a Medical Receptionist since February 2018.

    A fun fact about Pam is that she has a BIG family! She has 8 children, 17 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild! In her free time, Pam likes to golf, travel, and go shopping! She has a great eye for decorating and has brought those skills to LPWWC to help stage the waiting room.

    Nutritional Services

    Erin Kyle, Registered Dietitian

    Erin Kyle attended the University of Wyoming for her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and her Masters in Human Nutrition. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with four years of experience coordinating the fitness program at UW Campus Recreation. Erin can assist people with special conditions such as diabetes, weight management, and eating disorders; she has a special interest and focus in infant & child feeding. Erin works hard to get to know each individual and find solutions that work.
