Common Questions:
Will insurance cover the visit? Many insurance companies will cover nutrition services with an RD. Since everyone has a unique plan, our billing team can call your insurance company to determine your benefits. We also have a worksheet that walks you through the questions to ask about your benefits.
What do I need to bring? If you’re not a current patient at LPWC, you’ll need to bring your insurance card. Generally, the first visit consists of a nutrition assessment so Erin can determine the best way to help YOU. The frequency and number of follow-ups will depend on your needs.
