Stacey Cook, MSHSA, BAS, EMT, CMPE Practice Administrator

Stacey began her career as an emergency dispatcher for police, fire, and EMS. She completed the coursework to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and joined a volunteer fire department and shortly afterward started work as a full-time EMT. Stacey furthered her medical career in the Emergency Department at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center working as an EMT/ER Tech. She still holds her State and National EMT license

Stacey moved to Laramie in 2012 and served as the Practice Administrator for both Stitches Acute Care locations in Laramie and Cheyenne for five years. In August of 2019, Stacey joined the LPWWC team as a Practice Administrator. Stacey has a master's degree in Health Service Administration with a focus in Quality from the University of Wyoming and is board Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Management Association. Throughout her career, she has had many opportunities to become a strong leader and has been a member of many talented administrative teams. Because of her experience and amazing work ethic, Stacey was named 2017's Wyoming Business Reports Wyoming Woman of Influence in Healthcare, and in March of 2019, Stacey was named one of Laramie's "20 under 40" and is a graduate of the Leadership Laramie class of 2019-2020.

Melissa Hayes, CPC, CPPM

Melissa is a Certified Professional Coder and the supervisor for the billing office and the front office. She has been with LPWWC since November 2017.

She is originally from Long Island, NY, and loves spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their dog Rue. They are also expecting a new little one in June 2023!

Melissa and her family moved to AZ in 2022, so she now works remotely with the LPWWC team each day.
