We recommend scheduling your InBody scan in the morning, before you have eaten breakfast, to receive the most accurate results. If your appointment is later in the day, do not eat for at least 3 hours beforehand.
In the days leading up to your body composition analysis in Laramie, drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine or alcohol for at least 24 hours to ensure you’re well-hydrated. You should also avoid exercising within 12 hours of your scan, as this temporarily changes your body water distribution and muscle hydration.
When you arrive, we’ll ask you to remove your shoes and any jewelry, belts, and other accessories. We recommend wearing light, loose-fitting clothing, as heavy items can skew your results.
