Practice Policies
Appointments
Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours.
After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, call 307-742-2141 and ask for the on-call physician.
Prescription Renewals
Due to the high volume of medication refill requests, our office requires 3 days for standard prescriptions and 5 days for all controlled substance prescriptions to process renewals, and/or pick-up requests. Medication refill requests made after 4:00 p.m. may not be refilled until the following business day. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal. Patients will be given our Patient Medication Guidelines to sign at their first appointment.
Mail Order Prescriptions
Due to the amount of time required to fill out forms, fax, and contact pharmacies we will provide a written prescription with 3 months of medication dispensed with additional refills as prescribed by your provider at the time of your appointment. It is the patient’s responsibility to submit the written prescription to the mail-order pharmacy.
Financial Questions
All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office at 307-742-9116 should you have any financial questions or concerns.
